Deco In The Morning 01

My wife watches a lot of those home improvement shows, and usually it's the only thing on, so I watch too. But one show, Color Splash, was looking at using some Art Deco wallpaper that I loved and instantly wanted to try to recreate but with my own style of Art Deco. This is the result. Took a few incarnations to get to where I wanted to go, but I got it out of my head and onto the paper. In truth, the only thing similar is that the wallpaper had the divided areas, a tree, and some framework. My pic looks nothing like what I saw on TV, but I still really like this. Colored version will be submitted next.
